Tara did a fab job on my brows, I’m very happy with them. Previously when I’ve had lamination done, my skin would be red and sore after the waxing for a couple of days afterwards (I have sensitive skin anyway) but they had calmed after only a few hours this time. The salon is cosy, clean and Tara was very welcoming.

Really glad I decided to give this place a try since moving into the area. I’ve been a few times now for different treatments and I’ve left happy every time. Olivia is an absolute pleasure - makes me feel very welcome and comfortable and I loveeeee my brows and lashes when she’s finished. Definitely recommend!

Love coming to Cloud 9 whether its for my hair or beauty treaments. Both Tracy and Maxine are welcoming and friendly. Today i had full body massage and my eyebrows waxed. Maxine took her time, asked along the way if i was ok, very relaxed now. Thank you
