Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Huge thank you to Kara for doing my hair for an awards night! 💖 I turned up feeling really stressed and anxious, but Kara was so lovely and patient, and the whole salon was just gorgeous. I couldn’t recommend Resian enough! She is such a calm, patient and knowledgeable trainer. She explained everything in depth and made sure I understood every step before moving on. She answered all my questions and whenever I was overthinking, she reassured me and gave me confidence. She created such a welcoming learning environment and was so accommodating throughout the course. I left feeling confident and excited to start my brow journey. I would highly recommend Resian to anyone looking to train with her! 💕

I had the Spa Pedicure with Paraffin Wax and a Manicure with Susan, and it was a wonderful experience. Susan was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the appointment.
