I went in for a brow lamination + lash lift and could not be happier with my service overall. Rita has the best manners which makes SUCH a difference from the second you walk in the door, and you can see her passion for her talent throughout. The place is clean, all staff are professional and the atmosphere is very calming so if you are prone to sensory-overload or are a carer for someone then this is where to go! Sylvie is amazing at what she does and so welcoming! I got a lash lift and brow lamination. My eyebrows are quite uneven and she really took the time to ensure to make them look even. My eyes water easily so previous lash lifts I got at other places weren’t able to hold as well. Sylvie was the first one to get them up quickly so the water wouldn’t impact the lift. I’ll definitely come back!

The treatment, eyebrow wax and tint was good but the Welcome was nonexistent. When I entered, someone came from out back and barked "do you have an appointment." No, Hello or Welcome or even just a smile. Terrible first impression.

I wanna say huge thanks to Tina. My lashes look amazing. So natural, a perfect fit for my features. Usually my eyes were red for 2-3 days after procedure, but not with Tina. She does it perfectly, very neat and with care! Also, the brows. I had lamination and wax, 10/10 for both. Perfect form. I had some special requests, and she was very careful and attentive.
