I had the most relaxing and refreshing scalp treatment with Tei. She was not only incredibly professional and gentle, but also spoke English so well that communication was smooth and easy throughout the whole experience. It was my first time getting a head spa. It's not the salon I used to go to, but it's my first time coming here. The staff welcomed me kindly, and when I first came in, my scalp was so itchy and had trouble before I was diagnosed, but after that, my scalp calmed down and I felt reborn. I recommend it to people who have itchy scalp or hair loss

I received an 18-step scalp treatment from Ecojadin Jamsil. When I said that it usually feels dry and itchy, they said that 18 steps are good because it includes moisture and calming. It was good that you diagnosed and explained it meticulously. Every step was very relaxing and refreshing, and I was very satisfied because all the staff were kind and responded in English. I want to visit again next time. It was a really good experience.

I had a head spa with Zoe Designer, and it was absolutely amazing. It was my first time, and I didn’t expect it to be this refreshing and soothing. I’m a Korean who has lived abroad for over 10 years, so it had been a long time since I got my hair done in Korea. Before my wedding, I wanted a good hairstyle again. During a short trip, I booked JUNO Hair and was assigned to Youni. She was friendly, fun, and confident after hearing my situation. I even got a down perm for the first time since high school, and the result was amazing. After washing and drying my hair myself, it still looked great and stayed perfect until the wedding day. If you’ve never tried got your hair done in Korea, I understand the worry. Give her a try, trust me.

I got a head spa treatment from Soyee, and she did the scaling treatment mainly because there was a lot of scalp waste and dead skin cells piled up! The teacher was kind and the interns guided me comfortably, so I got healing. lol

I usually get my hair cut in the US so I thought it'd be a similar experience, but the attention to detail and service before, during, and after the entire process was amazing. Ask for Taeyang he was amazing and I love my hair. Will be here again when I'm back in Korea.

Designer Seo Jun is so kind. I understand everything I said and the design explanation is perfect. You cut your hair without any inconvenience, and you cut it perfectly to the design I wanted. So I liked it because I got a more reliable and desired hairstyle

Had a great experience with Jonghyun! Got a hair cut and scalp treatment as well. He didn’t speak too much English but did his best to translate with the phone and the cut came out great. The scalp treatment was super relaxing and my scalp felt super clean after. He even gave me a complimentary side down perm. Thank you Jonghyun!

I booked the Red Spa through Fresha, and honestly… it was so much better than I expected. There was this quiet warmth in the way Vice Director Hwa-shin handled everything— like someone who knows exactly what your tired mind didn’t say out loud. The whole session felt balanced, clean, almost too good to be real. Makes me wonder how they keep this level every single day… but they did. And it left me feeling lighter, clearer, almost reset.🔥🔥❤️❤️
