As always excellent customer service given by Dell at Elliott Dean. First time having Keratin treatment at Elliott Dean by Dell. I am extremely happy with the results, and would highly recommend this product, my hair looks super smooth and healthy.Dell is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this product and service. I will be returning next week for my colour.

First time visiting the salon and goodness gracious, Abigail did not disappoint - she has such a thorough and meticulous approach to her work. The overall vibe in the salon was lovely, and the girls made me feel comfortable and at ease straight away, always making sure I was offered refreshments! All the girls are so friendly and welcoming and I left feeling a million dollars ✨ thank you so much Abigail for a wonderful experience that has refreshed my look and completely renewed my confidence! 🌹🌹🌹

I went into the salon and met Keeily (probably spelt that wrong); she was friendly, bright and booked me in. She was ready for me on time, identified that my straight looking hair was actually curly & suggested doing something that I'd been asking my old hairdresser to do for ages.... layers. She did an amazing job and I was so happy with the length, shape etc. The shop had a nice atmosphere and whilst it's not the most cutting edge, shiny type salon, more quirky, I'd say discount it because of that at your peril because I ended up with the best hair cut I have had in a very long time

Had such a lovely experience in the salon today with Abbie and Paris. Both super welcoming and made me feel comfortable straight away (which is super hard to do as I get bad anxiety normally). Always offering me a drink and making sure everything was fine. Abbie done a fantastic job with my hair. I hadn’t been to a salon in over 5years, and the experience she gave me has definitely made me want to come back sooner! My hair looks and feels so much better now and I genuinely couldn’t thank Abbie enough, not only for her skills with hair, but also how lovely she is as a person!

I had not been in a hairdressers since COVID I had been having it cut at home and box dying it myself. Elliot coloured it and gave me an amazing restyle from a long frizzy orange mess I now have a sleek shiny chestnut brown graduated bob and I absolutely love it. I felt at home with everyone as I was quite anxious would definitely recommend people to go there they definitely know what they are doing thankyou so much Elliot
