After booking my appointment. I received a very warm welcome. Melanie was very friendly, and offered me refreshment. She explained who my consultant was and introduced to Lisa. Lisa spent time asking questions as to what my concerns were. I left feeling much better informed with options of further assistance. Thank you Verve.

Having been struggling with thinning hair due to medication I need to take I went for a hair appointment with Lisa today. My hair has also changed from being straight to curly. Lisa is lovely and understood how I was struggling with styling my hair now and was very reassuring about the changes to the growth of my hair. She took time to explain how to care for my hair using ordinary hair products. I left the salon feeling so much happier about my hair and with a new found confidence.

Excellent service from start to finish. The salon was easy to find, spotless, and had a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable straight away. They are clearly very knowledgeable about hair and took real care with the service, working efficiently without rushing. I left feeling really happy with the result. We’ve already rebooked for 6 weeks time and will definitely be returning.

Visited the salon today.. Entered with frizzy hair and left with soft silky hair. Thxnk you for taking care of my hair today, it has been very difficult.to find a hair dresser who knows how to handle my hair as my previous hairdresser did. Thank you for welcoming me and the hospitality was great.
