Lived in Cardiff 8 years and tried so many salons. This is the only one I’ve stuck with. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome, no bitchiness or drama, people SMILE AND SAY HELLO. Darla is amazing, goes above and beyond and gets more excited about my hair than me haha. They put your hair first, give you realistic expectations and advice, and do everything they can to make you feel nice about yourself. It’s actually a treat to go instead of anxiety/a chore. Their products are lush, smell amazing and my hair is now in amazing condition. They cheer each other on and it’s just lush🩵

I had an amazing experience with Alice! She gave me beautiful layers with bangs, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Alice took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure every detail was perfect. She is incredibly talented, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I recently had a hair Botox treatment and it was absolutely worth it. I really loved her work—she did it beautifully. It’s been a week, and washed my hair it turned out really well. The service was also excellent.
