I received incredible service from Prép and a wonderful lash and brow tint from the lovely Marina — both were amazing as always! However, something in the salon has changed. For the first time in two years, no one offered me tea or water, and the receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive to the order of my appointments. I really hope the salon brings back pedicures — they truly have the most comfortable chairs in all of Vancouver!

I’ve been coming here regularly for my keratin treatments for quite some time now, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Every single visit is a fantastic experience, and the results are consistently amazing. My hair has never been healthier, smoother, or easier to manage. Thanks to the regular keratin treatments, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in the overall condition of my hair—less frizz, more shine, and significantly less styling time every day. Even weeks after each appointment, my hair still looks and feels incredible. Highly recommended!!! 🥰

I'd give more stars if I could! This was my first visit, and I chose Dolly based on glowing reviews. She exceeded my expectations with her professionalism and skill. First time here. Got root perm,cut. A little misunderstanding aft cut stylist didn’t know I booked perm appt as well so ended up taking a longer time waiting inbtwn her clients to get the perm done which I had time anyways. I have super straight hair so a little volume at crown and bangs was great!! Background:I’ve always had permed hair for 30 yrs cuz I hate straight hair but somehow now I have more bleached hair so any perm is a NONO. It’s just using curling irons now. I will def come back once roots get flat again.

It was a great experience. Its a retro building thats refurbished beautifully. They made coffee and my lash tech was awesome. 10/10 would come back when I'm in Vancouver

My overall experience at DZ was great. I had my hair cut and colored by Jade. I was looking to add some layers to my fine, straight and sometimes wavy hair, which is not the easiest thing. She added the layers without making my hair look too thin, while keeping its length. She also did the coloring, which turned out exactly as I wanted. I was overall happy with my experience. Jade is very professional and welcoming.

Shanrya was checking in with me to make sure I liked the length. She gave good advice when i asked her about smoothing out the frizz as well as tips for adding volume. She was fantastic! Would definitely go back. :D

I've had both the Botox and keratin treatments at Glitz Care Bar several times, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is professional, friendly, and always makes sure I'm comfortable, often offering coffee and snacks. These treatments have completely transformed my hair care routine, making my hair healthier, smoother, and much easier to manage. I highly recommend Nicole for Shisheido straightening and hair cut. She’s so nice and professional! My only negative point is about cleanliness of the salon, especially the washroom which is not so clean and needs a Reno, other than that the staff and their services are great.

I had such a great experience at Glitz Care Bar ✨ The studio is beautiful, clean, and very cozy. The service was super professional, and I felt comfortable from the first minute. My hair looks so healthy, shiny, and smooth after the treatment 😍 You can really tell that the master truly cares about hair quality and chooses everything individually for each client. Highly recommend this place if you want beautiful and healthy hair 💖

My husband and I have been going to Linda for probably 6 years now and I would not trust my hair with anyone but her. She is knowledgeable and friendly. They are always very accommodating. Linda does my highlights and cuts my hair, I have curly and frizzy hair but during years Linda has transformed my hair through the products and cut into a vibrant , healthy-looking style that brings compliments. I have referred many of my friends, co-workers and family to her.

I had such a great experience! The haircut was amazing, and my curls have never looked so healthy and defined. The stylist really took the time to understand my hair and explained every step of the process. I also learned how to style my curls properly at home. Highly recommend to anyone with curly hair looking for a true curl specialist!
