This is my second visit to Universo Hair - Santina and Phoebe are always very welcoming and accommodating. Santina is very friendly and I am really pleased with my wash, haircut and blow wave. This is a beautifully presented salon and I especially loved the extremely comfy chairs that you can lean back on to get your hair washed and massaged in. Thankyou and see you next time!

Cleo absolutely transformed my hair! Having had 2 sets of Keratin bond extensions for 7 months (from another salon) my hair was in poor condition, heaps of split ends, dull and ratty looking. I went in knowing I was going to have to chop off a fair bit and assumed I’d be feeling like a bald egg, I wasn’t expecting to leave with the SOFTEST, thickest, glossiest, most amazing hair. Cleo cut my hair into a blunt long bob that was the perfect length, suits me better than any haircut I’ve ever had. It is so healthy looking it actually has that reflective glossy halo. So in love. Thank you Cleo!

My experience was amazing! The owner was so welcoming and kind and I felt at ease straight away. I am so happy with my lip blush results! I was asked all the way through if I was ok if it was bearable, which was great because it was nice to be checked in on. Also it was so clean and organised too and I loved that! I’ve been seeing Megan for about the last month and a half, and I couldn’t be happier. She really knows what she’s doing and takes the time to listen to what I want before she starts. Every time I leave the salon, I feel confident and love the way my hair looks. Megan is friendly, professional, and pays attention to the little details, which makes all the difference. I always feel comfortable in her chair and trust her advice. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a talented hairdresser.

Perfect friendly ladies. I Cut my hair in morning and what a disaster it was. Walked into salon they both made me feel they could help me. I came out of the salon feeling so happy the cut is fantastic, best I have had in years my hair is very fine and straight Tracey has done an amazing cut very so happy.

Ivy looked after both my daughter and me today, and she was absolutely wonderful. She’s gentle, attentive, and really takes the time to listen to what you want. We both left with beautiful hair and felt so well looked after. Ivy has such a warm, friendly nature that makes the whole appointment enjoyable. She’s incredibly talented, and it’s been lovely watching her confidence grow. I can’t recommend her highly enough and will definitely keep booking with her!

It was absolutely amazing. I’ve had a lot of blow waves in my time. This is one of the best!!! I have very thick long hair - she made it so smooth and no frizz! A very competent young Hairdresser and not to mention her friendliness. She was an absolute delight - so much so, that I’ve moved my next appointment so I can see her again!

I had a wash and blow dry by Ivy, and she did such a wonderful job. She was incredibly gentle and thorough, making the whole experience feel relaxing from start to finish. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, paid great attention to detail, and made easy, friendly conversation. I walked out with my hair feeling soft, healthy, and beautifully styled. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a great job, and that shows in her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Ivy again and look forward to seeing her continue to grow in her career.
