I had a beautiful experience with Kayla today for my Nanoplasty treatment. I absolutely LOVE my new hair. It’s so silky, smooth and healthy looking! The appointment is quite long, but the girls made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They checked in on me, offered drinks, and made sure I had everything I needed. I’m especially looking forward to the lower maintenance and spending less time doing my hair every morning. The results are amazing, and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Kayla for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them to anyone considering Nanoplasty!

Tamika was great, good cut and color. When I went to your Booval barber it was only $40- for the precision colour and cut. I tried to find out how much it was going to cost before we started because I'm on a tight budget and had I known how much it was going to cost I would have just got the cut and not worried about the colour. I'm not saying it wasn't value for money and I'm sure the cost of running a salon like that would be substantial.

I love going to Encore Hair! They greet you as soon as you walk in the door and sit you in the chair straight away. They offer you a drink and get started as soon as possible. I love having my hair washed as they give you the best head massage at the sink. It really is the best place to go and I’ll continue writing 5 star responses! Thank you girls!

The ladies at Kōha Ipswich were lovely, I had a wash and smooth blow out with Hayley, which looked and felt amazing after and still rocking days later. These ladies hair was amazing 👌🏽 and they had good knowledge, I can’t wait to come back for my colour transformation.

First time customer and so happy with my haircut and the service. After a chat about what I wanted, Shannon was able to cut and style my long and very thick hair just the way I like it! She also gave me advice on which products would help maintain the frizz and how to manage my hair in between cuts. The wash and head massage before my cut was amazing too. Thank you ladies! 😊

On a call in visit (live on road permanently) I was estatic with my short chic/pixie/hipster cut. Most hairdressers are not confident cutting a ladies hair in classic manner but Chris pulled off. Very Satisfied. When in Brisbane/Ipswich will return!

Pedro was lovely, and the wash and cut fantastic, if this review was purely about Pedro it’d be 5 stars. However, I’m not as impressed with the owner. Charging someone for a glam finish (extra fee) when the hairdresser straightened their hair to check the curly hair cut looked good straight, not a glam finish even by the hairdresser’s standard, is pretty poor form. I understand businesses needing to make money. But looking after customers so they come back and recommend the business, seems equally as important, but maybe that’s just me.

Jodie was very pleasing in what I wanted. But just didn’t have a lot communication and didn’t ask how I wanted to finish up my hair like a blow dry or straightening after the wash. Otherwise very nice.

Wow first visit with the apprentice and most hair dresser have trouble with my long almost straight hair ( has a wave from wearing hair ties for 50.) and it end up a cut not a trim and is way shorter than I wanted. Well done young lady pulled it first time and not once got your comb caught in my weird ear piercings. I will definitely go back. 😊
