She explains every step clearly before the procedure, whether it’s Botox or fillers. She is extremely kind, professional, and easy to talk to. Karen took my crusty mitts and gave me nails that scream ‘I have my life together' even though my bank account and car backseat beg to differ. Pastel green tips so classy I could audition for a hand cream commercial. Honestly, I don’t know whether to thank her or invoice her for the sudden urge to pose dramatically with mugs!

Does anyone suffer with anxiety that makes them clench there jaw?
