I can’t recommend Olivia highly enough. Whatever treatment I’ve had with her, it’s always been absolutely fabulous. She has such a warm, genuine and caring approach, which instantly puts you at ease. Olivia takes the time to really listen and makes every experience feel personal and unhurried. You leave not only feeling the benefits of the treatment, but genuinely cared for as a person. She has a reassuring way of encouraging you to embrace and enhance your natural beauty, and the natural nail French manicure with BIAB gel turned out beautifully. It was such a lovely early Christmas pamper treat. I would highly recommend Nicola to anyone looking for a relaxing, professional, and genuinely uplifting experience.
