Hayley is always so kind and attentive whenever I meet with her for my treatment. She takes her time to explain the procedure, possible side effects, and aftercare thoroughly, which makes me feel comfortable and informed. The clinic is clean and professional, and I felt listened to throughout.

Always the most fabulous experience (as lovely as being jabbed with a needle can be!). Kate and Sue are both warm and welcoming and incredibly professional.

Had an amazing experience, I’m very nervous regarding injections and I was made to feel at ease and relaxed. The whole process was over in a matter of minutes. Great value for money hopefully no more hayfever symptoms. Will definitely be returning.
