From my first appointment with Eve she was amazing. I felt very calm and at ease. I had Botox and Lumi eyes and wow the results are far better then I ever expected. I would highly recommend Eve the whole experience was incredible. Already looking forward to my next appointment ☺️.

The glam factory is always a great place to get your hair cut with wonderful and friendly staff that make you feel welcome. I had my hair cut by Sarah today and she is always wonderful at doing such a brilliant job always feeling satisfied with my new style. Lovely friendly welcome from Mel. Everything was fully explained before she started and the treatments were far less painful than I expected... I had botox around my eyes and filler above my top lip for my smokers lines and I hardly felt a thing. Will 100 % be back x
