I just had Sylfirm X and the girls at Heritage Aesthetics were SO amazing. Professional and gentle. Explained everything to me. Even the stuff I didn’t understand about skin, they broke it down and I felt super comfortable in their expert hands. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to come back!

Vanessa’s experience and knowledge were clear as she explained every step, answering all my questions with such patience. Her gentle touch made the whole process so comfortable, and her kind, calming nature put me completely at ease. I felt cared for and supported every step of the way. Honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars! The vibe when you walk in? Already a 10/10. The consultation was so honest – everything was explained in a way that actually made sense. I had booked for more treatments than I ended up getting, but she prioritised my goals over maximising appointment money/cost. The genuine care for clients is pretty rare in my experiences. Now, I will never go to any one else.

Sunny is extremely good at her job! She explains in great detail, the total process for your particular treatment. Also explains alternative treatments that may suit your needs. Never pushy just professional and informative. Sunny is pleasant and listens to your concerns as well as explaining outcome possibilities of the procedures. I would recommend her work without reservation.

The girls were wonderful as always and very welcoming. Unfortunately the treatments haven't worked on the lower area of my face. Iin fact xx with tge extra assistance in two different treatments, i found today that nothing has changed, and the wrinkles are deeper on the lower area of my face than what they were.. Unfortunately all the products apart from the botox was not suitable.
