Since January 2025, I've been working with Laura on a personalized skincare plan. I had a lash lift and tint done by Charis today and I’m honestly obsessed with the results! I’ve had my lashes done before and never had them look this good — no one has ever got them looking like this. The whole appointment was lovely from start to finish. Charis is so friendly, welcoming and professional, she made me feel so comfortable the entire time. My lashes have genuinely never looked better and I couldn’t recommend her enough! 🤍

About 18 months ago I took it upon myself to get an at home kit and do my own nails. BIG MISTAKE! I got terrible contact dermatitis. Every finger got infected and blistered and took months to heal. I’ve personally gone through a lot recently and decided to take a rest from having my lashes done (boy do I miss them already!) Teagan did a test nail with me and I had no reaction so we booked in this appointment. I gave Teagan free reign to go crazy and do whatever design she wanted. I tried hard not to look until the end of the appt and was overjoyed with the results! Can’t wait to come back!

I have spent the last few days in a delicate disposition due to chronic migraines. Rachael was an absolute beaut during our appointment today. She never judges, she lets the appointment run at my pace and she’s gentle when needed. I’ll never get my lashes done anywhere else! Due to being neurodiverse I usually hate people touching me and feeling forced into conversation. It’s never like that during my appointments with Rachael! ❤️ I absolutely can’t recommend her enough!

I had the classic Japanese head spa this morning with Racheal and it was absolute bliss. Very relaxing and my hair feels great. As always Rachael was very welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely recommend.

This was my first visit with Rachael in a while due to illness. We were starting a fresh. I feel completely transformed as a person. I just love Rachael.
