First time having eyelash extensions, was quite nervous as I’ve seen some real shockers and I’m pretty picky. Kwan asked lots of questions before starting to gauge the look I wanted to achieve and showed me pics of what she was suggesting. I’m very happy with the result. They look as was discussed and I can’t feel them they are so light weight. Kwan also discussed the after care process to maintain the lashes. She is very thorough and was also lovely to deal with.

This was my third visit, and I booked a full day of pampering! I got Emsculpt, a haircut and blow-dry, and eyelash extensions—all for just $200. Totally worth it! Loved the treatments and the great conversation. Already counting down to next month’s pamper day!

Jamie is incredible. Honestly! I had lash extensions at another place and they were awful. Jamie was able to salvage them by removing some of the volume lashes and replacing them with classic. I left feeling more sophisticated and womanly - less is always more. Without a doubt Jamie does the best extensions I have ever had.

Since it's my first time having extensions, Kwan took time to assess what will suit me best and explained to me the after care to make my extensions last long. Very good handiwork on my lash extensions too!
