Amazing manicure & pedicure! She is very professional, truly understands nail anatomy, and always works with care. The products are high quality and hygiene is excellent. Unlike many places in London that just cut and paint, here you receive a full detailed treatment: proper cleaning, shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation, nourishing creams and oils. My hands and feet felt fully cared for, not just polished. Highly recommended for anyone wanting both health and beauty for their nails.

I went to Glam Studio today at Bexley Road today and received excellent customer service Jade done my infills . At the studio they were very interested in my welfare as I recently lost my husband . This was very appreciated by myself . On arrival I was served a drink I have always rated this nail bar as my priority. Jade actually did my nails for my wedding .This bar is very hygienic and is always looking clean and tidy.. The staff are very friendly and greet me as a valued customer .Highly Recommend this Nail bar to anyone looking to find a nice friendly bar and hygienic ....Cxxxx

Veronika is such a talented nail artist and super knowledgeable! My nails were in terrible shape and she managed to reshape them and give me an amazing manicure. Highly recommend her and the fantastic Christmasy nail set that she gave me 💅🏼🩷

I have been coming to this salon since 2017 and absolutely love it here. Jess, John, Sandy and the team are brilliant. I always love my nails and it is always a pleasure to come along and have a chat. Skilled nail techs and a happy, friendly vibe. What more could you ask for?

Always so friendly and they take their time to make sure your nails are perfect. You feel like a person here not that horrible conveyer belt feeling in most other nail shops. Highly recommend

This salon is outstanding for service. The staff are very friendly and welcome you with good service. I had my nails done and a pedicure which was like walking on airi My husband and I was welcomed to a tea on arrival . The hygiene is excellent My happy sband has his feet done as We are older and our sight is not too good Highly recommend this nail bar for adults ,children

My first time visit today. Natalie was very friendly and did a great job of my nails taking care to make sure they were finished to a high standard. Natalie also took time.to explain to me the different nail options on offer with the benefits of each one. A good range of colours and has the may top coat finish I was specifically after. I'll definitely be returning.

What a gem of a salon! A lovely welcome when I arrived, I was offered a drink and asked to take a seat whilst Cassie finished with her client. I was booked in for a nail appointment (BIAB) and Cassie was lovely, really chatty and Jade and Addie were also very nice. Some salons can feel a bit clicky but at Macy’s I didn’t get this feeling at all. Lovely place I will continue to visit to have my nails done, I already go regularly and see Addie for my lashes and brows. Excellent service by all the technicians.
