Today was my third visit an once again was not disappointed. I was conflicted on colour and Jennie made a recommendation and I loved it. Gel Nails is the new new in Orillia. Congrats to you all for amazing service, a welcoming environment and always offering a great experience.

So happy I found a new nail tech! The space was clean and welcoming, the appointment was efficient, and the attention to detail was amazing. The biggest thing for me is nail shape, and my nails turned out absolutely perfect. It’s hard to find someone who consistently gets the shape just right, but these exceeded my expectations. I left so happy with the results and will definitely be back!

If you haven’t tried Gel Nails on West Street, you are missing out. Cleanest place I have even been to. Awesome conversation, snacks and water. I was always asked at each step if I wanted anything changed. This is my new nail salon. Best one I’ve been to, hands down and I’ve been to a few. Can’t wait to visit again in a few weeks.

My experience was amazing at Gel Nails. I had a great pedicure with a wonderful massage. I had bio gel on my nails with Jenny who is very maticulous. My nails look great! It’s such a friendly and clean atmosphere. Looking forward to going back!

This is my favourite nail salon in Orillia! Jenny and Ben (the owners) are friendly, generous, and absolutely fantastic at designing nails! The other staff is great too.

First time at Gel nails and it was great I bought my Granddaughter and she just loved it everyone was so nice , the staff took their time and were not rough like other nail salons I have been to in the past in Orillia the salon was clean I will definitely be making this my new nail salon

I am so pleased with the quality of service I receive at Gel Nails. I never stuck with Biogels because they always lifted or the nail polish wasn't great and I left unsatisfied from any other nail spa. I always regretted my decision of getting a set of nails done. I have never regretted treatment from Jenny. She is a perfectionist and sincerely cares about each client. I highly recommend. This spa is clean and professional and everyone is very pleasant.

Both my daughter and I got a mani/pedi here this Saturday. Everyone was so friendly and the quality of Service was great. Thank you Jenny and Vicki for our beautiful nails and for the amazing leg & foot massage that followed. We would highly recommend this nail salon.

Amazing it was my second time going there the staff take there time don’t rushing the process ! The water was a great bonus ! Verry nice staff , I love my nails only problem is that wish the gel was more close to my cuticles that’s the only easy I said good or great , but be sides that nothing to complain about i Would for sure go back for an other experience and recommend the nail salon. :)

Everyone at this salon is very friendly! Jenni is very meticulous and her ombre is amazing. If you're looking for a nail salon that cares about you being happy with your nails and not just get in and get out. Come in and see Jenni and Ben, they really are great people!! The appointment was for my 12 year old daughter, and she said it’s the first nail salon that had an amazing environment. Her nails turned out amazing too. We both will be back.

My nail tech was super nice and even showed me how the metal flake works with the magnet. Super cool!! First set of nails and they are so cute!
