First time in the new salon. Had Naomi and Hen today. Beautiful place, well set out. It’s still their soft opening period, so it’s lovely and quiet. Which means they had the time to pay attention to detail and not rush. I hope that continues when they get a busier. My nails were simple acrylic and paint, but done well and I’m fussy. They both were lovely women and pleasant and happy to do what I wanted from photos. Expect to pay lux prices if you want any design, chrome, polish or extras on top of basic services- each add on does stack up quickly.

Have been coming to Sugarplum for about a year now. Tahnee is a great technician and is very consistent with excellent results. She is very particular that your nails are perfect before you walk out the door.

I’m so glad I found Studio Sterling a few months ago. Amy does my nails better than anyone ever has (I also never stop getting compliments on them) And Charlotte recently fixed my hair after a few years of hair struggles and bad experiences. She did an absolutely amazing job and truly gave me my confidence back for which I’m so grateful! You couldn’t ask for a better team 💗 If you’re in Brisbane and need literally anything beauty related, you have to go and visit Jess and the girls asap.

Charley has been amazing, I can’t recommend her enough! I was hesitant to start using someone new as I’ve had some bad experiences in the past, but since moving to Brisbane the commute back to the Gold Coast was becoming too much. I can’t believe I didn’t go sooner, my first set of lashes lasted 5 weeks before I even needed an infill. She listens to everything you want and makes the whole experience super comfortable and not rushed. Far better than the salons that stack appointments and are focused on getting you out the door. The price as well has been way better than everything around!

Such a beautiful, peaceful vibe in the salon and all the girls so lovely. I got my nails done by the beautiful Eve, so happy with my nails they are so gorgeous, she is very professional and highly talented. My new favourite salon and nail Tech queen 💅💅💅 will be back every few weeks for my fresh set 🥰😻

The decision to go grey was something I had been thinking about for ages and I’m so glad I went for a grey blending consultation with Kaitlyn. After talking me through what would be involved, I then made a booking with Lucy. Lucy has seen me through the whole process and I haven’t looked back. Lucy took my boring over coloured shoulder length hair and has given me an amazing new look. If you want to take those first steps in embracing your grey hair then I’d most definitely recommend Lucy😊

Absolutely loved my experience here! I got both my hair and nails done and the team did such an amazing job. Sia did my hair and Clara did my nails. You can really tell they take their time and genuinely care about the quality of their work instead of rushing through appointments. The service was excellent from start to finish and everyone was so lovely and attentive. I left feeling so happy with the results — highly recommend!

Jessica’s kind and polite hospitality made me feel very calm arriving for my first session. She went above and beyond with her kindness in addition to her services - and I left the store with the biggest smile on my face! Amy is amazing! She nails it (pun intended) every time. Since finding her, I could never go back to a walk-in shopping centre salon. Her “natural” French tips are my favourite but she does amazing colours, shapes and nail art too. Going to crash driving home one day because I’m too busy admiring my nails. 😆
