Brooke is an absolute professional. I was late for appointment but she was able to take my nails off (that had been done by another nail service to a substandard) with absolute ease, taking care and filing them beautifully in a short space of time. I had my first wax yesterday, Hollywood along with legs & underarm. Kirsty reassured me and spoke through the process first, this really helped me and made my first time being waxed stress free. Kirsty was then so quick & precise that it wasn’t too painful and I found the whole experience a lot better than expected. If you’re nervous about being waxed or new to it then I definitely recommend Kirsty Allen Beauty for a professional and comfortable experience. And if you’re not new to being waxed I recommend for the results & experience alone. Completely smooth for my holiday 10/10
