Excellent. Gail-ann provides wonderful customer service. She has a wealth of knowledge on nail care; the dos and don’ts. In light of that fact, I learn the best ways to care for my nails in between services. I never have to wait on her to finish up other clients whatsoever; I walk straight into the chair. At GBBEAUTY LOUNGE, I am not meant to feel like just a client but I feel like family!

Shaquille was extremely patient and accommodating; just lovely to have work on my nails. Her studio was clean, comfortable and welcoming. She was very attentive to detail and I felt no discomfort at any point. Wasn’t sure of all I wanted my set to look like but she listened to my vision and we worked together to get to a finish that was just right. Great experience.

For such a small treatment (shellac removal) the nail tech who worked on my nails did such a great job. I’m so sorry - I asked her name and forgot it, but I need to come back and give her a cash tip as I only had card. Thank you, she was really lovely and did beautiful work.

It was a great experience from the sight of the staff dressed in anticipation of the Old Year's night celebrations to the delightful and much needed pedicure by Abigail. Deidre worked her usual magic with my nails!
