The team are extremely knowledgeable and give good honest advice, even if this means them loosing business. After my full head foil colour ( which I love!) I asked about having hair extensions to try and make my thin sparse hair look fuller. They kindly explained the differing processes and advised that extensions were not perhaps the best way for me to go and suggested an alternative. Unfortunately they don't offer the alternative as a treatment. Thankyou Ladies for being so honest and my lovely new highlights!

Walked in from 30 degrees to fabulous, effective air conditioning. This made the whole experience very pleasant indeed. Emily was her usual cheerful self. I was in a bit of a hurry, and Emily worked quickly and efficiently , to ensure I met my schedule, and I was very happy with the result.
