This was my first time getting my hair done professionally in a couple of years and i was quite anxious however Darcy and the other hair stylists were absolutely lovely. I felt so comfortable and at ease. I absolutely love my hair and can’t thank Darcy enough. I look forward to booking back in in the new year . Thank you 💕

I am over the moon with the the hair replacement mesh track system Suz put in my hair today, I have fine hair and could no longer have the normal hair extensions, Suz was recommended to me, after a consultation and colour match, I booked my appointment and Suz performed her magic! I walked out feeling so much more confident, I now have beautiful thick hair.. Suz is brilliant at what she does, I highly recommend her, she is professional and very knowledgeable but also very caring and listens to your needs. Thank you Suz, you have made me happy!! x

I could not have had a better experience! Suzannah is such a lovely, beautiful person, You can really tell that she loves what she does and really knows what she is talking about. I have the hair integration system and it’s actually really comfortable and very secure, she done an amazing job. We chatted so much, I feel like I’ve known her years. I really really recommend her, she is the absolute best. Already looking forward to going back!

I have been going to Suz for over a year now and would not trust anyone else with my hair. She has supported me through my alopecia journey with so much care and real passion for what she does❤️ Her work has made me feel confident again going from integration systems to my hair growing back and having tape ins. She is so funny and easy to get on with and always makes every appointment feel comfortable and relaxed. I am so grateful to have found her when i did and couldn’t recommend her enough to ANYBODY 🥰

Suz was amazing, she went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my hair, she worked much later than my allotted time and offered so much advice to ensure I had the right products needed for my hair needs.

Suzi is absolutely pure happiness in a bottle!! Went in not knowing what to do for the best with my old extensions came out with them looking completely brand new feeling 100 percent better and with a plan of what we want to do going forward! As someone with hair but fine hair I just wanted some fullness and length and we reduced how much I had been adding but it looked far more filled out and the install was so flattering! And on top of that a lovely conversation and a fabulous coffee ❤️ I could have stayed and chatted all night! Can’t wait to be back!

I met Suz for a hair consultation. Suz put me at ease straight away with her open and friendly manner. Explained everything full and ensured that I understood everything she was saying so I was fully informed of my choices. She us very knowledgeable about her products and services and answered any questions I had and way laid my concerns and worries. Absolutely Lovely experience and I'm booked in for further treatments. The setting of Suzs salon is very private and personal. Light and airy.

Suzannah was very welcoming and I felt at ease immediately within her presence. She was very professional, open and honest around my consultation. She gave me top quality advice and suggested the best method for me should I wish to proceed (which I will!) Having had previously bad experience with a hairdresser she definitely was sincere in feeling the emotions with me and really wanted to help. Would definitely recommend her experience and knowledge has put her on the map in providing this level of service within Cumbria and her achievements prove she truly is the best. Would give 6 stars!
