Jack was fantastic from start to finish. Before we even began, he made sure he fully understood what I actually wanted and took the time to make me feel comfortable with such a drastic change. Another lovely afternoon spent having a pamper day with Bex she goes above and beyond my expectations and always gives great advice on my hair,she's the absolute best! again i feel so glam leaving the salon Will look forward to my next visit 😍

First facial under eye treatment went in for consultation. Ended up having treatment same day Katie is very good at treatment itself and giving her opinion on the best treatment which will work for me, and not the most expensive treatments instead to make money off you. Genuine honest run company. Rebooked straight after the treatment for phase 2.

Katie was fantastic — she made me feel welcome and completely at ease from the moment I arrived. She checked in with me throughout the treatment to make sure I was comfortable, and her friendly, professional approach made the whole experience really enjoyable.
