Charlotte is amazing. She salvaged my hair from a nightmare colour a couple of years ago and now I wouldn’t trust anyone else! I walk out with an understated, yet shiny, vibrant colour and a great cut every time. Does a great cup of tea too.

So happy I went with the Nano Keratin treatment and trim. Thanks to Happy she has allowed me to realise the potential with my hair from my previous appointment with a different treatment. Best hair salon I have ever been to. I don’t live in Watford most of the time but I travel here specifically because they are the best. Fair prices, amazing quality service. Wouldn’t trust anybody else with my hair.

I have ADHD & severe anxiety, so making & keeping a hair appointment is a huge deal for me, I was quiet during my visit and worried she might think I was being rude, but she made me feel so comfortable without any awkwardness. The atmosphere was relaxed, the music really helped, she was gentle with my hair and her service was absolutely outstanding. She gave me the best haircut I have ever had — she asked questions to see what I wanted and delivered exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend her enough. A truly wonderful experience.
