Jess (and the whole team) are very welcoming. I had biab nails and a luxury pedicure and it was a lovely relaxing experience, great music playing. Really happy with my beetlejuice inspired nails! I love the decor and there's so many little details to look at! A little bit of calm and pampering out of a long and hot Friday. Highly recommend The Looking Glass & Jess. Thank you - will be returning 😊

Not long moved to Shrewsbury so it was the pain of finding a new hairdresser to trust. Mia did an amazing job, exactly as I wanted my hair cut and finish. Super friendly and lovely with professional service. Great salon atmosphere too. I’ve found my go to hairdresser now!

Thank you so much for such amazing hair for today’s wedding. I had to make a last minute appointment and was able to get in with Lucia who was absolutely fantastic and has done the most incredible up do I could have asked for. So creative and talented - thank you. I will see you again.
