Phoebe Rose was so welcoming and knowledgeable! I was comfortable as soon as I stepped in the door, offered a drink and offered extra treatments, and my hair turned out beautifully. I had a lovely experience and will definitely be booking in again😊

My roots were done today by nessey and i had my roots cut, they were long, I wish they relized when I say to skin it dosent mean a few mm in lenght she also deied my cut off so when i wash it im thinking a lot of dye will come out

Jodie is amazing and listens to what you would like but at the same time gives you the right advice as no one likes to get their hair wrong . I trust Jodie so much that you could be blindfolded and still love the haircut with it beautifully styled so much so that you want to show it off . Everyone was so nice and supportive especially my stylist Megan who put in the effort to talk and make me feel comfortable offered drinks several times and reassured me several times did a wonderful job with my hair and made me feel and look absolutely stunning without damaging or ruining my hair at all love the place so much would 100% recommend others to go and get their treatment or colouring from here very very experienced and professional

Jodie has been doing my hair for years and even-though I’ve moved out of Leicester she’s worth travelling back for! She just gets it. I always leave the chair feeling incredible, not only is she a fantastic hairdresser but she’s also the loveliest person ever! Her new salon is so nice, clean and spacious 😍 I always recommend her to all my friends and family xxx

Joanna sets the bar high when it comes to massages. I have to say it’s the first time when I had a massage done that well in Leicester! She’s very professional while maintaining that relaxed atmosphere throughout the session. I had an amazing experience with Megan! She really listened to what I wanted was patience with the bleach lift as I have really dark hair - made me feel comfortable; we had nice chats and also was left to enjoy reading my book. The outcome was so lovely and I loved the final look. I will definitely be coming back to Megan again!

Phoebe is incredible! She has been styling my hair for many years now and I don't know what I'd do without her! She knows my hair, what I like, what suits me and everytime I come to the salon she makes my hair feel light, gorgeous and perfect! I had a wash, cut, and blow dry with Megan at Hairnova and had a great experience. Megan was friendly, professional, and listened carefully to what I wanted. She did a fantastic job with my cut, and the blow dry left my hair looking and feeling amazing. I'm really pleased with the result and would highly recommend Megan and the team at Hairnova 🥰
