Jamie was warm and friendly from the very beginning, we spoke about how my previous lash lifts from other salons failed/flattened out by the 2 week mark. I waited a few days before my review to ensure it was honest, and I must say this is the best lash lift I have ever had. She also absolutely killed my brows but the lashes steal the show! 100% recommend.

Both Jamie and Stella are talented, caring professionals and you are in good hands with these two! After a few appointments with Jamie my skin has never looked healthier. Stella worked her magic with the hair treatment and I am super happy with the results; I'm getting loads of compliments about my hair! A special shout out to Chelsea who made sure to check in to see if I needed anything right throughout the appointment time, and also was very open and sought out feedback. What a team!

Tamara is excellent, remembers things you’ve talked about previously, says hello when you’re with another stylist. Gives an excellent head massage and a great scratch with the shampoo.

Runway is the only salon in Tamworth I would go to. They are like family! as soon as you walk in you are greeted with the most amazing ladies who give you the best quality service every time. Love you girls 🥰
