What an amazing afternoon thank you so much Pam and Kathryn My massage with Pam was amazing she is a maestro finding knots and relieving them when I didn’t even know they were there but I feel an inch taller! Then I had a facial and chemical peel with Kathryn which was relaxing and my skin feels smoother and re-energised. As always again this beautiful young lady works her magic 😀 I have rosacea on my face and received a bio-repeel facial, after just 1 week of treatment it’s like a new layer of skin on my face, smoother, less red, even a bit tighter looking, which is defo needed at age 52 😩😂😂😂 Brooklyn you are so good at what you do (professional) and gentle 💗💗💗💗

I had a lovely afternoon with Louise for my nails,pedicure and eyebrow wax ready for my holiday. Louise always does a great job.

Lisa was incredibly warm and welcoming, she talked me through each step of the Korean Facial and even made a slight adjustment to ensure all the products were vegan. Her studio is calm and cosy and I had an hour of pure bliss. My skin has never looked so hydrated and I can’t wait to get booked in again. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

From.wjen i entered the butterfly rooms to when I attended the appointment to when it was completed I wad met with a kind considerate manner and exceptional customer service . I went for a wax and tint and I highly rate the quality of the service I received and also the end result im impressed witj the appointment system aswell and the amount for the service was lore than exceptional.

Jodie explained in great detail what the process was, what to expect during the treatment and what aftercare I need to do, during my treatments she explained what she was doing and made me feel completely relaxed and at ease. I’ve been going to Gemma for various treatments for years, so didn’t hesitate to have laser sessions with her after a no pressure chat about what it involves. She explained everything thoroughly. She’s incredibly professional and I now trust her completely - it’s obvious she cares about her work/clients. She’s also a lovely, friendly person who I feel comfortable with - in the past I’ve felt awkward going to new people for treatments but Gemma really puts you at ease. Her clinic is also extremely clean - I’m very fussy! I’ve loved my laser results and will be having more done in the future.
