I had a great massage with Claire today. at the start Claire asks you if you have any issues or niggles, I said my shoulders feel very tight so Claire concentrated on my shoulders using massage and using the amazing Hot stones aswell, I had a full body massage and Claire also worked on my legs as I have a 10k race on Saturday, my shoulders and legs feel great, ready to race 🏃‍♂️ A totally five star treatment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great massage 💆‍♂️ with Sammie today, Hot ☀️ day so Sammie put the air conditioning on and asked me if I was comfortable and asked me if I had a music preference before starting the massage, Sammie tailores the massage to your needs asking if the pressure is ok and if you have any areas that need work, mine is always my shoulders, the massage was amazing so relaxing a totally five star treatment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Another Great sports massage, Claire takes time to make sure you're massage is tailored to exactly what you need by asking you before she starts if you have any injuries or niggles and spends time to work on that area asking you if the pressure is ok, getting you a drink before your massage and asking you if you have a music preference, I would give Ten stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had the pleasure of being a model for Claire today. What a tremodoues experience I had. I was told at the beginning what was going to happen. I was asked if I had any target areas of pain, which where treated.I was shown at home exercises that would help me to maintain some strength. Claire explained a few posiblities that could be causing me the pain.I will definalty be back again very professional exeprince.

I had the colour put back in my lips today, With lip blush lip tattoo by Alex, even though I have tattoos already i was a bit nervous but Alex soon calmed any nerves, explaining everything she was going to be doing and then explaining it as she did it putting me at ease and thier wasn't any pain, For men who have lost the colour in thier lips as they age i would really recommend having a lip tattoo it's pain free and the results are amazing. Alex is a true artist and it was a totally five star treatment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a consultation with Alex to discuss booking an appointment for having my lips tattooed to put the colour back into them, Alex explained the whole procedure to me telling me about what I need to do before the appointment and after care once the lips have been tattooed, Alex was very informative and answered all questions i had. Claire gave me a wonderful targeted body massage that hit all the sore spots and relaxed my whole body. Claire is very understanding and responsive to what my body needs and is able to sense the tense spots that need more attention. The setting is beautiful and peaceful which helps to bring calmness and the room is very comfortable. I would highly recommend Claire if you need targeted help with muscle and joint problems and chronic pain.

I had a wonderful massage with Claire. Instructions for arrival were clear, I was greeted warmly when I arrived and was offered a drink. Claire listened to my concerns and was friendly and professional. The massage was amazing, pressure was perfect! I left feeling very relaxed, with some stretches and aftercare.
