I got a lash lift and brow lamination done by Amy, I really cannot express how relaxed she made me feel the moment I stepped into the salon. She was extremely kind and talked me through each step and what she was doing. I suffer with anxiety and I stopped going to get my brows done due to bad experiences I had in the past, I can safely safe I’ll be rebooking with Amy when I need to get them done again and would really recommend her to anyone who’s looking to get there lashes or brows done, especially if they have anxiety! I can’t recommend Ian highly enough. He’s so knowledgable, professional, thorough and lovely.

Dr Sara is just the best! I trust her completely, she always gives such a thorough consultation and explains everything before she starts. I love that she will say no if she thinks a treatment isn’t right for me, and goes for a ‘less is more’ approach. I recommend her to all my London friends because the results are perfect, and exactly what I had in mind, plus I’ve never had any bruising or pain the day after. So excited to see the full results in a few weeks!

I came to the London clinic today to get my lips done by the lovely Lauren and couldn’t of had a better experience. It was my first time getting my lips done so naturally I was a little nervous but I was made to feel relaxed so quickly, Lauren was super welcoming and she had an answer to every question I asked. The procedure itself was super painless and quick! Couldn’t of had a better first experience and will be coming back again for sure
