Alex is the most lovely soul you’ll ever meet! First time meeting her for an extraction facial and she makes you feel so comfortable and at peace right away. She’s so lovely and easy to talk to and her passion for her work really shows! Amazing appointment with Kelly today. The Room was extremely clean and well presented. I was made to feel very comfortable and throughout my treatment Kelly always checked if I was ok or in any pain which I wasn’t ever. I was in for combination brows. I had a rough idea what I wanted them to look like but Kelly knew exactly what to suggest. I absolutely love my brows. The detail is incredible. My only regret is that I didn’t have them done years ago. I will definitely spread the word and looking forward to coming back for other treatments. Thank you 🫶😊

Kelly is by far the best eyebrow practitioner in Norwich! She really takes care and an interest in getting the best result for you long term depending on your skin type and lifestyle factors and eyebrows always look fab! She’s a lovely kind lady and I will never go anywhere else thanks Kelly x

10/10 The best massage I have ever had. A professional and welcoming environment. Lisa removed all of the pain, tension and stiffness in my back - I get a massage 4x a year and this is undoubtedly the best place I have been. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Kelly takes great pride in her work and is very careful to explain the procedure and next steps. A really lovely and caring permanent make up artist and can be trusted completely. I now have eyebrows yay! I thoroughly recommend Kelly to anyone, young or of more senior years who may be considering having this done.

I wouldn’t trust anyone other than Sabrina to do my filler. She’s great at what she does. If you are a bit nervous about treatments, she is patient & kind. Sabrina always makes sure you’re happy before you leave the salon. If you’re thinking about it, she’s your girl. You won’t leave disappointed ⭐️

Kelly is always great every time I see her. We are currently working through brow ink loft/removal ready to start again with a fresh set of brows after 4 years since my first ones. She is always kind, informative and professional and does a great job and I will never ever go anywhere else! ☺️
