Saya really impresses. She is a perfectionist in everything she does. The studio is spotlessly clean and inviting, her hygienic practices are over and above. She also has lovely little touches like a gift of aftercare products beautifully presented, bottled water on arrival and chocolates for you to take home. Can't say enough good things about her and her work!!! Wow, she is able to tattoo individual hair lines that make your brows look 100% natural. I've had eyebrow tattooing before but nothing near this level of perfection.

I had an excellent eyebrow tattoo appointment with Sayaka. This was my first time getting one done, and I am very happy I chose Sayaka. The studio was tidy and professional. Sayaka was friendly, calm, and explained the process clearly. She began with a thorough analysis of my lifestyle, skin tone, skin type, and jewellery to choose a suitable colour. She offered and explained tattoo options, checked in and made adjustments to ensure I was happy. Looking forward to my touch up. Thanks, Sayaka!

Really happy with my new eyebrows. This was my first time having an eyebrow tattoo, so was a little aprehensive. Saya is so lovely, explains the process step by step in a very calming atmosphere which made the experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend Saya.

Loved the experience so much. Only thing I didn’t like was when the door is open to the massage room, everyone can see in and my crack was out haha. And wasn’t aware of the upcharge for my hair being straightened

My experience today was fantastic. Saya made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She did an Amazing job on my eyebrows taking lots of time and care. I was surprised that the tattooing was not painful. I Love my eyebrows and highly recommend Saya to anyone who is thinking of getting their eyebrows tattooed.

The best nail experience I have ever had! Zuri was so understanding with my skin picking and gave me such a confidence boost. She even tailored a couple nails so they all pointed the same way and gave them the best chance at life hahah. I’ve never had pretty nails with this much quality and expertise, literally made my Pinterest board come to life. Plus she is super funny, easy to talk to and have a giggle with. Excited to come back

Had my first ever cosmetic tattoo experience today when I went for eyebrow tattoos with Saya... the experience was fantastic!! She was kind and gentle with an amazing eye for detail.... customised my colours and eyebrow shape exactly to how I was hoping it to be. The after care and what to expect post procedure were explained clearly and in detail. I'm thrilled with the initial result... now to wait to see how it will look once it's healed.

I have had my hair cut, styled and coloured here a couple of times and each time I leave very happy with the result! Bi and Lucy are great at capturing and executing the hairstyle I have in mind. I vouch that they are technically skilled, efficient and will take good care of you.
