The experience I had here was unmatched. I have been to many lash artists over the years, but none have been as kind, gentle, and professional as Sally. Unlike some lash artists who accidentally glue multiple natural lashes together, Sally took her time and carefully isolated each lash before applying the extensions. Her attention to detail was incredible. I rarely leave reviews, but this salon absolutely deserves one. I genuinely cannot recommend Sally enough. If you’re looking for beautiful lashes and exceptional service, this is the place to go.

A brilliant experience. Highly recommend. I had a fantastic experience with my facial! My skin feels absolutely amazing—so refreshed, smooth, and glowing. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly analyse my skin's needs before tailoring the treatment. I walked in to see Loveleen for an eyebrow tidy and ended up trying an eyelash tint and lift for the first time. She explained everything clearly, and the results were amazing! Loveleen has such a calm and gentle manner, and she made me feel completely comfortable. We had a lovely chat about food and culture, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be going back! Highly recommend her!

Went for my first facial & massage. Had an excellent experience. Started with relaxing but firm massage than followed by the facial. The shop has great ambiance and warmth. Both the masseuse and beautician showed knowledge and experience.

All staff are very friendly, good customer service. The shop very nice and clean, good products used as I am very sensitive skin. I do not have any side effects after it at all.
