I love this location. It's well ventilated, so it doesn't smell heavily of nail polish like other salons I've been to. I travel across all of Ann Arbor and then some, past soo many other salons just to come here

Just started coming here for brow waxing. Absolutely phenomenal experience, staff, and results. My eyebrows have never looked better! Also, their prices are the best I’ve seen in Ann Arbor. Overall 10/10 studio; I will be recommending to friends and family.

Jenny is amazing at waxing! She’s thorough, gentle, and makes the waxing experience less painful. She’s super sweet and conversational, which are pluses. In Ann Arbor, I would only trust her with my wax!

Unu did an amazing job on my nails. She spent all her time taking off the shellac polish I had on currently and then painted the new color on with perfection!

Service was great, but the polish took longer to dry than I expected. After I got home, it looked fine, I put on socks, which remove the polish from part of my nails

Gel removal was a little rough, final polish a bit sloppy (some nails have rough edges, clear polish went past cuticles or nail edges on some). But she was friendly and did check in with me multiple times to make sure I liked my nail length and shape.

Been here a few times for the dip polish (trying to stay away from UV). Always efficient, great selection of colors and services. I’ve seen a few different techs and all have been very good. But today my tech was Be Vang and she was so thorough! She kept checking for uniformity. She also thought the nail beds of my right hand were bigger than my left lol. Who notices that? A perfectionist I think! Will be back for sure.

Manicure with Una was amazing, best attention to detail and polish application I’ve had in a long time. Unfortunately pedicure (I’m sorry, I didn’t catch the provider’s name) was disappointing - she was rough with the tools and took an incredibly long time with the polish, including making and then having to fix mistakes multiple times :( it looks okay in the end but took over an hour.

My manicurist was great and the actual service was also great! Somehow the color match I requested ended up with my toes pink and my fingers yellow, but other than that it was great!

I got the gelX service and they turned out amazing!! I love the shape and color, Jung was wonderful. Only reason I didn’t mark “great” is because i was hoping for some hand lotion after the manicure.

Stylist, Ferlinda, ALWAYS does a fantastic job with my hair color, today I got highlights and they look great and I’m very happy. Ferlinda was careful to clean everything, wore mask & face shield and was cared in every aspect. The salon is very clean and I felt safe & comfortable there

Hands down the BEST lash experience at M1! Sonca is a master at what she does. My lashes look and feel amazing, perfect blend of natural, fullness and length. Attention to detail was TOP TIER. I will be back time and time again. If you’re on or around Ann Arbor, this is your go-to spot! 10/10!

My husband got a head message; I got a lash lift and tint. We both came away so pleased with the service provided. I never had a lash lift and tint before, and was happily surprised with the results. The salon is a calming atmosphere in the center of Ann Arbor. I would definitely recommend this place.
