Very tranquil atmosphere. Megan went above and beyond to give me premium service, she was polite and helpful. I was not hurried in choosing my Colour of nail polish. She took great care in shaping my nails and treating my cuticles, explaining why each step was done and the benefits of doing so. She checked repeatedly if I was happy with what she was doing. I cannot recommend her highly enough

Amazing friendly and professional staff that was , cut and blowdry my hair. Lovely people and so down to earth added bonus always make a lovely cuppa. When having my nails done Grace is always friendly, professional and always helps me chose my color if I'm not sure, always have a cuppa with her also.

Ellie was lovely. I had come in previous regarding colour I wanted but on the appointment Ellie and her colleague said it wouldn't work on my length and cut. I was disappointed as takes alot of effort for me to do these things with my health. We came to an alternative. I do like it and I think the colour has turned out really well ( when wet I was panicking abit). Another member of staff I think the junior was on the ball with getting me a drink and she was very nice too.

I had the perfect manicure by Emily! My nails are renowned for breaking, and it was so close to my appointment, all of my nails were a lovely length until one completely broke off, and one was half broken. I expected her to say we would need to wait, as the break was so low, and the other looked like it would need cutting off very low. Instead, she did absolute wonders, repaired the broken one with a silk (you would never know it was broken), and managed to paint the short one so perfectly that it doesn't matter that it is shorter than the others! Amazing results! 1st-class manicure! ✨️

Lovely experience as usual. I was in for 3.5 hours for colour and cut. Very happy with the end result and even my brutally honest mini teens said I looked 10 years younger. The staff were amazing as usual and I was offered endless cups of tea.
