So lovely and relaxing from start to finish. From the helpful receptionist to the friendly therapist, the whole experience was just what I needed!! And the massage? Absolutely fabulous

Had a lovely day x back and neck massage was very good and relaxing ! My daughter had nails and file but allergy to hema and lady didn’t know what was in nail polish just offered to show bottle but no ingredient on bottle and was untidy nail polish finish so disappointed! Spa was amazing and pool ,saunas especially lavender and eucalyptus saunas fantastic and hot tubs clean and amazing and changing rooms were spotless x lovely sun beds outside to chill on x felt lunch was not explained well as we had gift vouchers for food and spa but what we chose was delicious! Would recommend!!!

Shannon was lovely, very pleasant to chat to and completed my eyebrow tint/wax extremely quickly which I really appreciated in the heat! She did a lovely job of my eyebrows, I’m very happy with them, thank you ☺️

We were greeted in an upbeat and friendly manner by the receptionist who checked us in and let us know what was available to us. We said we’d like to go and get some coffees but instead she took our order and brought them to us. The facilities were all clean and well-maintained, a good variety of relaxation and a lovely outdoor area too.

Jackie my masseuse was fabulous!!! Will definitely visit again. Only tricky part was that the children only had 30mins in the pool as the lady on phone didn’t make us aware that kids had to leave by 10 when I booked. But they were very kind and it was all dealt with. So overall a great experience and will return for sure

Yentl always takes time and care when treating my gel nails. We discuss colour and shape and if the French polish tip is the right amount. Always a professional service provided.

The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. The facilities are great we had a lovely morning a fantastic massage and a tasty lunch . Only issue was the water therapy jets in the pool worked once and never again, which was a shame as they are really good at getting rid oh shoulder aches . Thank you to the staff for looking after us so well xx

Thank you so much for my beautiful nails. I chose a blue/green/silver colour and it's perfect. It's taken me 68 years to grow a full set and I'm thrilled. The pineapple smelling cuticle oil was the cherry on the cake.

The last review l gave was bad because it was a terrible day?? But today l booked for my friends birthday just the 2 of us we had treatments they were Amazing we both loved the lady’s they were were fantastic at their job Had lunch open sandwiches Fantastic compliments to the chef Young waitress made us the best Exspresso Martini lovely afternoon Very sad no one called me regarding my last visit l am a local and have been using lakeside for family advents Xmas parties Ect since Terry 1st opened lakeside Would be appreciated to get a response back after all these years of supporting you ??

Nice afternoon. Went with family as a birthday treat. Time went quickly, so not quite as relaxing as I'd hoped as we were trying all the various activities in the spa. Our two hour slot was soon over!
