Outstanding! Fay at Flawless is incredible with both lashes, nails & many more treatments. Her expertise is second to none, and I love her frank, honest advice. She’ll always tell me what will actually suit me instead of just taking my request, and that’s why my results are always perfect. I trust her completely (and going to her for last 20yrs) and feel so well cared for every appointment. If you want a beautician who combines skill with genuine honesty, Flawless and Fay are the ones. Had my hair done today by Rosie and she was amazing! Very nice and attentive to what I wanted. Also Vito advised on which colour would work best for me and I appreciate his suggestion. The place has a positive vibe, good music and welcoming staff. Very happy with my visit and I will definitely come back. Thank you! :)

Nina was amazing. She was so clear with what colours and the cut we were doing. The consults before and during really helped. The rest of the team like vito was friendly and we had a great chat in between colour! Coffee was nice too. Would definitely recommend to anyone. See you all soon! X
