The best nail salon in Ottawa. Literally, every single technician working there knows what there are doing and are extremely skilled and professional. I’ve been getting back to back acrylic sets from them, and they have never dissapointer. Much love to the whole team :)

I went in for a birthday Mani Pedi, and a bit of a nail repair, Linh made my appointment so special, truly an amazing experience. Linh even surprised me at the end with a lil gift, i don't believe there's another nail salon on Ottawa with better service or staff then High Definition Spa.

I love these chicks! Squeezed me in end of day for a fix that I needed. The decided they could fit in the whole full on my gels. Tiffany who was doing the fills took them all off cause they needed it, and took her time and care on a beautiful fresh new set WITH designs for the holidays, despite running well after closing time. They are just the best. I always tell people, best in Ottawa, but yesterday was above and beyond.

Sugar Beauty never ever disappoints! Top tier service, I always get my lashes, armpits and eyebrows waxed by them and let me tell you, the relaxation, the service, atmosphere, customer friendly is 10/10.. they are the best beauty bar in the entire Ottawa GTA. Make sure to pay a visit, next time you’ll be in town. From someone who is highly committed to Sugar Beauty!

When I went for my waxing appointment I was nicely greeted when I came in. The big room is bright and clean and mainly there is not a bad strong smell of nail polish! The small room where I received my service was very clean and comfortable. Lily was professional, respectful, agreeable and very pleasant. She made sure that I was comfortable during the service. Indeed a very positive experience. I will definitely go back and try other services offered at that location.

This has become my go-to place since moving to Ottawa! The space is gorgeous and they do a fantastic job. I always go for the shellac manicure. Suzanne is an incredible nail artist who does amazing work, and all of the staff are so nice. I would highly recommend High Definition Nails an Spa!

Amazing spot. Staff is friendly and from what I see also talented nail artists. Very clean and trendy. Reasonable pricing. Good vibes. Parking available which is great. Tons of colour options. Very spacious inside.

I have visited this place so many times but only this time my nail polish application was not the best. It’s also sad that the lady who perform the mani/pedi didn’t speak English so it was hard for me to communicate and to understand her.

My experience is the best I've ever had at any salon in Ottawa!! They actually care and everyone is happy!! They do an amazing job!! The owner cares about everyone that walks through the door!!! Overall my manicure was well done and the nail tech was friendly! My only criticism is that they used the wrong nail colour for my pedicure. The colour code on the sample nails and the bottle were the same, but comparing them side by side it was very obvious it was a different shade. And when I brought this up the tech didn’t seem to agree with me or even offer me a different colour. I’m going to assume it’s mislabelled because my nail colour was perfect.
