Nav is the best! I always come to her for my nails because she does an amazing job every time. She carefully removed my old nails without causing any damage and applied the nail polish perfectly. She is professional, gentle, and pays great attention to detail. I always leave happy with beautiful nails. I highly recommend Nav to anyone looking for excellent nail services. Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Had a great experience at Nail Hotel. From the moment you walk in, you feel pampered and genuinely taken care of. The decor is calming and relaxing, the music creates such a great atmosphere, and the cocktails and colour selection make the whole experience feel elevated and fun. Puneet is amazing at what she does and really tailors the service to your needs and preferences. Such a thoughtful, welcoming experience overall…highly recommend!

Sandra always goes above & beyond even when I’m indecisive about what colour/ print to do on my nails!! She even offered to show me the colour options on my nails before I made my mind. I really appreciate everything she does & is truly remarkable at what she does! Thank you Sandra :)))
