This was my first time coming to this spa in Worcester and it was a lovely experience! I had never tried gel manicure before and the friendly staff walked me through it and also helped coordinate my appointment so I could sit next to a friend who made an appointment too. My nail technician was Emma, who was so nice and sweet and welcoming. She checked in at each step to make sure the style and color and cut were what I was looking for. I love the result and will definitely go there again! Costs are reasonable, the staff are health conscious and keep everything sanity and safe. Great experience

Beautiful venue with a spa-like atmosphere. Great selection of polishes and color. I’ve been coming here since I moved to the area 2.5 years ago. Tommy has encyclopedic knowledge of the polish colors and expertly recommends them to match your skin tone. That’s talent! Every employee has always been kind and professional and you can see the pride of ownership in all the details. Highly recommend trying LeFame!

This place is the best! I’ve been seeing Tiffany for three years and we’ve become friends in addition to her doing my nails and toes exactly as I want them. she knows me and gives me what I want every time, in both the color and the shape. Additionally I’ve gotten to know and love the other girls in the shop. Michelle is now my therapist and Whinnie cheers happy cheers every time I arrive. It’s always a wonderful and happy experience! Thank you girls!

I can not say enough good things about this Salon. It was inviting from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere is relaxing and Tony and Tommy are wonderful hosts and owners of the salon. Tommy did a full set of acrylic and a French manicure polish that was perfection. I highly recommend LeFame Nail Lounge and Spa!

Always amazing and unmatched in quality and service. I moved from Newport RI a few years sgo and this is the ONLY salon that meets and exceeds the same level of service. Vie was so awesome and helpful as I picked a color that was not what I described so she went back and got the perfect one. #support local!

My friend and I went to LeFame for the first time this past weekend and had an AMAZING experience. After recently moving, I've been looking for a salon that not only does a good gel mani, but also has a certain atmosphere. LeFame nailed it on all fronts! Tommy and Tony are the sweetest. Their dogs Peanut and Butter were adorable little angels. We were offered the most delicious tropical fruit punch mimosa. And Liz was an absolute gem helping me decide on color and sparkle/ombre/etc. details. I've already rebooked with Liz for NYE, she's the best! I've definitely found my new nail spot!!

Tommie is absolutely fantastic! I am particular about how I like my nails (liquid gel with gel polish) and he always exceeds my expectations. LeFame Nail Lounge & Spa is cleanly, the staff is friendly, and the prices are fair. I've been going every 2-3 weeks since August and I've never had a bad experience there. Great job Tommie and Tony! LeFame Nail Lounge & Spa is a true gem in West Boylston.

I took my daughter (3 years old) to get her nails painted for the first time and she was great while she got her nails done. But when it was mommy’s turn she threw temper tantrums and was that typical Overtired toddler looking for attention. They were so great handling her attention fits while still focusing on me, and not making me feel like a terrible parent. I came in with a full set acrylic with gel Polish that was incredibly lumpy and ugly. My tech Holly saw the issues right away and I left with the best set of stiletto gel nails I’ve ever had. 10/10 for sure.
