Emma was brilliant, she really put me at ease as I was a bit nervous, after having not a great experience at a previous salon. She was interested in what design I wanted and was happy to help achieve this. She helped me make a final decision on the design and gave me some great ideas for next time. I'm really looking forward to what she will do for Christmas nails with the magnetic polish.

I had my first pedicure at Ellie’s today with Sammy. I was greeted by all the staff and invited to select a colour from a huge range. I was shown to a very comfortable seat and asked if I would like the massage function on….well who wouldn’t?!! Sammy was friendly and professional throughout the appointment and the treatment was truly relaxing and pampering including nail work, file, a scrub and soak then a lovely massage with a moisturiser. I left with beautiful looking and feeling feet, and made my next appointment before I left!!

Never disappointing, and they always listen to your wishes. I needed neutral but strong nails due to doing a lot manual work and Sammy’s suggestions were perfect, from colour to base and top coat strength.

The staff were attentive & offered me a drink. They were patient while I decided what colour I would like on me nails. May consider having a pedicure next time.
