I had a wonderful experience with **Lisa**. Before my full colour appointment, I had my patch test and a trim today. Lisa took the time to listen to what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. The salon is clean, welcoming, and has a lovely atmosphere. I'm really happy with my trim and can't wait to come back for my full colour appointment. I would definitely recommend Lisa and the salon!

Seen Jess for my hair twice now. The first time she really helped me out as I had dyed my hair red and it had grown out and looked awful. She helped me with a semi permanent colour as I was concerned about hair health and did a great hair cut so I left feeling so much better. The second time I came back for highlights and again she was great, really chatty and friendly and the highlights look amazing. Went to an event the day after and got lots of compliments!

If you are looking for an outstanding beauty therapist in Ashford, look no further than Holly. I get to leave my busy life and switch off, I always leave floating after my hot stone massage, and Holly’s waxing is outstanding. She is dedicated to getting all those tricky hairs! Plus, she never double dips her waxing sticks!! I cannot tell you the amount of places I tried and experienced such unhygienic practises.. I have not been anywhere else in over a year now, and I have all my appointments booked in until the end of the year!!

Holly is truly amazing, I have never written a review so fast, or wanted to re book so quickly! You are made to feel like a friend from the second that you walk in to her beautiful beauty room. Holly has impeccable high standards, the small things of changing the wooden spatula when waxing is a rarity in the waxes I have had previously. I have found Ashford’s number one therapist and I can’t wait to experience many more of Holly’s treatments. I’m off to go and re book.

Lovely service, my hair turned out so perfectly! The most perfect ashy brown colour I’ve been wanting for ages. Jennie was lovely and was able to look at what products were used on my hair previously and got all the shades out to let me decide from a whole range of toner colours to really personalise my experience. Products used where so nice and lovely coffee too!😁

Really good service and a lovely place to relax. The staff were very friendly too. My hairdresser (I didn’t catch her name!) did such a good job especially as I was asking so much yet very vague with my request as even I didn’t really know what I wanted (I showed her about 5 completely different photos) but I told her to do what she thought would be best with the info I told her and I’m really happy with it. Took me a while to get used to it but the colour looks really natural and pretty and also the price was really good too! Defo will be back.:)

Booked a cheeky hot stone massage in my lunch hour today. What a great way to break the day up. Usually have these in the evening then toddle off to bed all relaxed but this was a whole new experience. Once you're in that therapy room, the outside world is shut off and you're in your own little bubble and come out feeling you can take on the world. Had a very productive afternoon at work. Thanks Holly 👍🏼
