It was my first time at this salon as I live in the east end of Ottawa and stubbled across this salon by chance. The staff were nothing short of excellent and were very professional. The attention to detail was fantastic, the women would not let anything short of perfect pass. I had received a mani/pedi as well as a waxing service during my visit and the level of skill exuded by each technician was remarkable. I will absolutely be making the trip across the city to visit this salon from now on, this was the first time in ages I had been in awe at my nails!

Meek was a fresh new face for me. I ruined my nails on the weekend and booked ‘any professional’ for the next day. She was assigned to me and I had a delightful experience with her. I love how she treated my cuticles and we created a colour ( half colour ; half sparkle) that I couldn’t find in the samples. A very enjoyable experience. PS. The samples are very old and need updating. One colour I chose initially was actually orange in the container and not the pink on the sample! I have had this issue before. So just beware. I plan to ask for a tester nail going forward every time.

As usual Fiona did a wonderful job of my manicure. One thing that she has no control over is the quality of clear nail polish. It was not good compared to the "Seche Clear" you used to use. My nails became very brittle with your brand and broke one after the other. I will do my own nails at home using my own "Seche Clear" in the future. The last few appointments I took my own nail polish for Fiona to use but forgot it this time. No comparison as far as the long term result goes.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have been seeing Tina for over 2 years and she always does an amazing job. Her repertoire is so diverse; natural looking solid colour dip, french tips of any colour, and good nail art. She is very friendly and my nails last forever!

The staff are professional,kind, and accommodating. I was introduced to the spa a few months ago and have continued to return. Great products/colour selection and services. Welcoming and very neat. Highly recommend Aimee, Brian or Tiffany for either pedicures or nails services.

I Love Luna! Service is always good regardless of who does it! The issue is, the past year, colours are not available! 3rd time colour wasn’t available or it was gooey so couldn’t be used. You should always have xtra stock of the popular colours (at travel time- January February March)
