Jen was absolutely lovely and professional. I felt very relaxed and make me feel very welcomed. While I was there I met two other members of staff who were equally welcoming and I could sense a great energy from them. I had a consultation and a first session from tattoo removal. Jen explained very well the procedure and the aftercare. Second session has been booked.

Amazing! Karen was fantastic. She was very gentle and softly spoken which is ideal if you’re anxious about the treatment. She explained everything fully, so there was no room for any confusion. Karen warned of the potential after effects. I went in for thread vein removal on my face and already my skin looks clearer. I’ve booked some more treatment and hopefully I’ll have perfect skin my summer :-) Thank you Karen!
