I’ve been to several nail places in Gloucester and Charlotte’s Lounge is the best. She is meticulous in the care of your nails and always listens to what you would like doing and does it perfectly 😊

Lauren is Absolutely amazing always does a beautiful job and makes my visit feel homely and always a pleasure.i would 100% recommend Lauren to any of my friends and family for a fabulous high quality and second to none service.i have to say the range of colours are fabulous and Lauren is also very talented at nail art.Amazing amazing amazing.

Charlotte has a lovely little nail room, really relaxing and the nail art she displays is beautiful. Going for my nails is a real treat! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Parking right outside. When COVID restrictions are lifted i cannot wait to take my mum and sister for some new nails as a girly treat!

My first visit to Charlotte and she was friendly, engaging and professional. She welcomed me to her dedicated nail bar ready to choose from the many products and colours available. Charlotte was attentive and informative; she made me feel at ease and she gave great advice on products and aftercare. This was a treat and I am really pleased with the finish and I was very happy with the service.

Sadie is so kind and welcoming! This was my first ever Hollywood and leg wax and she made sure I was okay all throughout! She was really efficient and talented! I definitely recommend and will be coming back!

I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this place. Sonia was incredibly humble and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. She clearly put in her best effort to ensure my hair looked amazing, and I was really happy with the result. I also loved the environment—it was calm, relaxing, and offered a great sense of privacy.
