El lugar es muy acogedor y el ambiente transmite tranquilidad desde que entras. El personal es muy profesional, amable y atento. I cannot recommend Sonia highly enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to really educate you about the treatments you are considering, explaining the benefits and whether they are genuinely suitable for your skin type. Her approach is very bespoke and client-focused, and you always feel that she has your best interests at heart. I completed a course of 3 PRP treatments with her and have already noticed that my hair feels much healthier and stronger. I have now started a course of polynucleotides (under eye) and I’m really looking forward to seeing the continued results.

Nicole is honestly amazing — so talented, consistent, and she just knows exactly what works for me. Every time I sit in her chair, I know I’m in the best hands. My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. 先做了皮肤检测，用仪器扫了一遍，医生对着屏幕给我讲了一下皮肤的情况，哪些地方需要注意和如何改善。讲得挺清楚的，不是那种随便敷衍两句就完事，对我的疑问也一直非常耐心的解答。 然后做了根据我的情况推荐的Dermapen 4加刷酸，整个过程大概三十分钟。医生全程操作很稳，很细心，每做一块区域都会问一下感受，让人非常安心！ 做完之后脸有点红，微微发热，属于能接受的范围。店里给了之后护理的注意事项，交代了这几天要怎么护肤、防晒。整体下来流程顺畅，沟通愉快，没有多余的推销，体验感不错。

I was so pleased to discover Dima Beautiful after a friend's recommendation. It's a lovely salon, with such nice and welcoming staff. I had a pedi and mani, both of which were delivered with real care and attention - please open a branch in Birmingham so that I can become a regular! If not, I'll be back when I'm next in London.

Both the dermatologist and the nurse took the time to carefully examine my skin concern using a dermatoscope and provided clear explanations about the diagnosis. I appreciated that they gave me two opinions, which really helped ease my anxiety. The clinic was clean, organized, and the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for the entire time, they answered all questions and made me feel at ease, thank you once again! My hair was washed thoroughly with care from a hair care specialist with great customer service. The atmosphere is welcoming, cosy and has a sense of tranquility. Last but not least, the aloe vera and steam is amazing.
