I went to Identity today to get fillers under my eyes. Kat was my injector, and she did a very good job. Someone with a needle so near to my eyes is a bit scary, but I was totally confident of her expertise in the beautiful work she does. The staff are great, and Sam greets people like she truly enjoys her interactions with them. I feel so confident at Identity and they never disappoint!

The best experience at a med spa thus far! The service was incredible, Patricia was extremely knowledgeable over all things aesthetic and truly helped me understand all my concerns. I felt so comfortable and relaxed during my LaseMD treatment, this was my first time doing this treatment and I most def will be back soon! I can already feel and see the difference in the tone and texture of my skin!

I went to Identity today at their new location. I wanted my under eye area smoothed out. I saw Kat whom I had never met before and she explained everything in detail to me what she would recommend. She is dissolving some filler that was not put in properly by someone prior to Identity. I have a date next week to put in new filler under the muscle, as Kat suggested. I have complete trust in her ability and knowledge to do a great job. I will keep you posted!

Great to see Cat & Sam, today. I was there to take advantage of the $10 Botox special. Sam is always so much fun; she'll get you all checked in & keeps-up with your appointments & records. Cat is their Master Injector. She is AMAZING. There is no one that compares to her skill-sets, in the entire Conroe Woodland area. So fortunate to have found her.

I'd had IPO threads, done one week ago. One didn't look right. Cat was there to meet me, when it was her day off. I never expected that. She fixed it, in under 20 seconds. And I was able to go enjoy lunch with my husband and look beautiful for him. I love Cat, she is an expert in this field. And there's a lot to know and understand. If you are thinking about botox, filler's, IPO threads and laser treatments; I put Identity Aesthetics above top plastic surgery facilities, in downtown Houston, that I've used. I love the new Conroe location and everyone that works there!!!

Customer service is outstanding. Beautiful and clean facility. Smooth and beautiful filler work under my eyes and chin. No swelling or bruising was plus! Natural and subtle results. I don’t trust anyone else with my filler.
