This is my first experience of a Dermaplane facial. Absolutely amazing. I've been coming to Lucy for years but as I getting older, I realised I need to start taking care of my skin before it's too late. The whole experience was actually really enjoyable and relaxing especially knowing the positive impact on my skin. My skin feels wonderful. Actually glowing. I've already booked my next one.

I had an amazing experience at 1111. I had a buccal massage, a facial, and an Indian head massage, and every treatment was excellent. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. The highlight for me was definitely the buccal massage. I could already notice that my face felt more lifted and sculpted immediately after the treatment. The whole experience was professional, calming, and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend 1111 to anyone looking for high-quality treatments and a truly relaxing experience.

I always have a fantastic experience with Lucy! She is incredibly professional, friendly, and always makes me feel completely at ease during my leg and bikini wax. The treatment was thorough and almost painless! She uses the highest quality equipment and wax. Lucy clearly knows what she’s doing. As always the service is fantastic I have no complaints about my nails that where done by Megan as professional as ever and highly recommend her to do your nails. Also had Microneedling by Georgia again this was fantastic the salon is so friendly. I highly recommend this Salon nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff.
